I had the pleasure of working with Anne for a few years . She worked with us in the rental process first . Then she worked with us getting our first house . It was a tedious process and she worked tirelessly to find our perfect house . Her skills in negotiating were awesome . She has a vast knowledge of both new and older homes . She is the best!!!!

Most realtors are a dime a dozen. Let me tell you, Anne is no mere realtor looking to find you a house. She is a wonderful person who enjoys helping people find a place to call home. She was positive, uplifting and listened to my needs. After a long day at work, we looked at a house a little far away from civilization. After determining it wasn't for me, we were about to leave and she noticed my flat tire. Tired and frustrated I could just cry. Positive Anne comforted me and patiently followed me to the nearest gas station. Of course, I had no quarters for the pump and then Anne came to the rescue yet again. This really is just one example of the many times she has shown genuine care for someone else. And yes, after a year, I can still say I not only love my home, but I love my Anne too! Highly, highly recommended - 5 out of 5 stars!

Anne and Kim were our agents for our house hunting experience in 2014 and we successfully closed on 2014. Anne is very patient and observant person who would take the time to understand the buyer's needs, guide them from her experience and add that extra personal touch to the whole process which made us feel like she was one of our own. She was always punctual, quick to respond, sensitive and hard working. We loved working with her and Kim and would highly recommend them to any buyer/seller
From the consumer’s perspective, the advantages of working with a realtor team besides the obvious seemingly unlimited access to an agent, is the efficiency of the organization of the team moving the transaction to closing and the idea that several real estate brains can be focused on buyer and seller solutions.
The “team” can be in “2 or 3 places at one time,” buyers and sellers have ready access to someone on the team at virtually all times, and the team offers 2 or 3 separate “banks” of experience and expertise.
A team can leverage the collective time and experience of its members, to more effectively deliver a full suite of services for buyers and sellers.
Consumers can benefit from the diversity of individual realtor team members experience in different geographic areas and technical savvy. The meteoric rise of social media has had a significant impact on traditional real estate marketing and some agents are better at it than others, a team can share each other’s strengths and fortify each other’s weaknesses.
A team can bring a competitive advantage to a buy or sell transaction by simply having more resources to tap, more people, more ideas, more perspectives. Every consumer has a personal preference, but if the collaborative process, an all access pass, depth of combined experience and real estate wisdom are on your must have list, a realtor team may be a good fit for you.
